Monica Cooke
RNC, MA, CPHQ, CPHRM
Monica is the founder of Quality Plus Solutions LLC, a behavioral health risk and quality management consulting firm that provides on-site risk assessments and risk & quality support for both local and national behavioral health organizations, acute care hospitals, insurance companies, and risk management organizations.  She also provides legal nurse expert services. 
Monica is the author of the Behavioral Health Risk Chapter in the Health Care Organization Risk Management: Forms, Checklists, & Guidelines, Third Edition.  She is recognized as a national speaker on behavioral health risk topics.

Jeffrey R. Saffle, MD
F.A.C.S

Dr. Saffle is the Director of Telemedicine Services at the University of Utah.  His professional practice specialization is in trauma surgery and he serves as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition at University of Utah. 

Dr. Saffle is a leader in the emerging practice of telemedicine.  Through use of the University of Utah’s Teleburn system, he is able to evaluate digital images that let him determine if someone should be flown to Utah for treatment from facilities in Utah, Idaho, and Montana.
Marlyn Conti
MS, BSN, CPHQ
Marlyn is the Patient Safety Coordinator in the Quality and Safety Department, serving over 150 clinics, hospitals, and home care services with Intermountain Healthcare.  She provides consultation for standards compliance, data collection and analysis, performance improvement, staff and patient education and guidance for quality and patient nursing services practice.
In her various roles, Marlyn serves as a resource for consultation on the National Patient Safety Goals, fall prevention, medication safety, pressure ulcer prevention, patient handling and root cause analysis. 

Kirstin Weixler
BSN, CPHRM

Kirstin is a Claim Executive Loss Control Manager for Intermountain Healthcare, specializing in professional and employment liability cases.

As a licensed insurance adjuster, with her experience in patient relations and risk management, Kirsten is an expert in claims mitigation strategies.  She is also recognized as an expert in compliance with MMSEA mandatory reporting requirements.
